How to submit your prescription?
There are three options to choose from:

- 2. Send your prescription via email to support@viccieyewear.com.
How to locate my pupillary distance (PD)?
Typically, the doctor measures your PD and puts it in the prescription. But if you don’t have it on your prescription, we have an easy way for you to measure it. It’s a two-minute procedure: Download the GlassesOn App, follow the instructions to measure and you’re all set. Once you have your PD you can either enter it manually or send it to us later by email at support@viccieyewear.com.
What is my pupillary distance (PD)?
Your PD is the distance between the center of one pupil to the center of the other in millimeters.This measurement is necessary to center your prescription on your lenses for accurate vision correction. The average PD is between 57mm and 65mm.
How long will my prescription order take to be delivered?
Depending on the strength of your prescription and the lens types required, it typically takes 7 to 10 days to be delivered. You will be sent an email where you will be able to track your order through a tracking number once it has been shipped.
Should I opt in for thin high-index lenses?
If your prescription is greater than -/+4.00, it would be wise to go for high index lenses. We offer lightweight, thin lenses that won’t make your eyes look big behind the lenses.
How strong are my glasses prescription?
A prescription that ranges between +/-.025 to +/-2.00 is considered light, the range between +/-2.25 to +/-4.00 is considered average, and anything more than +/-4.00 is considered severe (for severe prescriptions, we recommend our high-index lenses).
What type of lenses does Vicci offer?
We offer a variety of high-quality lenses which cover UV protection. We also have blue-light lenses, photochromatic lenses, anti-glare, high-index, and polarized sunglass lenses.
How do I purchase prescription glasses online?
It’s simple really, first get your prescription from the doctor with your PD measured, and then head to our website and choose your frames based on your style.
What is the usual time required to adjust to the new eyeglass prescription?
This is different from person to person. But on average if it’s your first time with glasses it could take up to two weeks.

Blue light glasses have been specifically created to filter out and block the harmful rays produced from all digital screens; to preserve our eyesight.
Do blue light glasses actually work?
Yes, they do. They are made with filters to block and absorb blue light from reaching your eyes. These special glasses can minimize the effects of blue light exposure to your health and help curb issues such as eye strain, headaches, insomnia, age-related macular degeneration, and fatigue.
When is the best time to wear blue-light blocking glasses?
These glasses should be worn whenever you are looking at a digital screen, be it laptops, desktops, televisions, or phone screens.
Can blue-light glasses cause pain at first after wearing them?
These glasses should not hurt your eyes. But if you’re wearing glasses for the first time, they might take a little while to get used to.
Can blue-light glasses harm the eyes?
It’s the opposite. They protect your eyes, not harm them. They should not harm your eyes after wearing them.
Can you wear blue-light glasses all the time?
Yes, you can. They should not have any negative impact on your eyes or your vision. It can be beneficial in protecting your eyes all day.
How to tell if my glasses already have blue-light protection?
There’s no way to determine that. The best thing to do is to buy a pair of blue-light glasses from a reputable eyewear brand to know for sure that they are blue-light protected.

Manufacturing Time for Prescription Lens?
Single vision prescriptions take 3-5 business days to manufacture. Progressive lenses takes 7-10 business days.
International Shipping time?
Non-prescription frames 7-14 business days. Prescription frames 7-14 business days after they are manufactured.
Return/Exchange Policy?
USA RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your new glasses or accessories for any reason, you may return for a Store Credit or exchange new, unworn, or unaltered products within 90 days of purchase.
