Single vision prescriptions take 3-5 business days to manufacture. Progressive lenses takes 7-10 business days. 

USA RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your new glasses or accessories, you may return them for a store credit or exchange. All new, unworn, or unaltered products can be returned within 90 days of purchase.

To initiate a return or exchange, simply email us at support@viccieyewear.com or call us at +1 (954) 833-0811. Our customer service team is eager to assist you, whether it's with frame fit, style, prescription, or any other concerns, ensuring you have the best experience with Vicci™ Eyewear.

Should you find that the frame you received isn't the perfect fit, you can easily schedule a Concierge Call with our Eyewear Expert here. This service helps you select a new frame using your exchange code.

For returns involving a "Free Gift with Purchase," you may keep the free gift even if you return the purchased item. However, if you choose to keep the free gift, the amount of your refund will be reduced by the retail price of the gift.

For purchases made on sale or with a discount code, contact our customer service for assistance with a one-time exchange at the original purchase price.

Once a return label is created, you have 14 days to initiate the return by shipping your glasses back to us.

In the USA, customers are entitled to one exchange without a restocking fee. For additional exchanges and refunds, a restocking fee of $20 will apply for non-prescription items, $50 for Single-Vision Lenses, and $100 for Progressive Lenses.
