If you are not 100% satisfied with your new glasses or accessories for any reason, you may return for a Store Credit or exchange new, unworn, or unaltered products within 90 days of purchase.

If you think the frame you received is not perfect for you, you can easily book a Concierge Call here with our Eyewear Expert so we can assist you in selecting your new frame with your exchange code.
For “Free Gift with Purchase” returns, you are welcome to keep your “free gift with purchase” item, even if you return the item you purchased. If you choose to keep the “free gift with purchase” item, the amount of your refund will be reduced by the retail price of the gift.
If you purchased on sale or with a discount code, please reach out to our customer service team and we can honor price for a one-time exchange.
